You need a form on your website so that the users can contact to the website owner.

The most popullar plugin is the "Contact Form 7".

It is one of the plugins that you want to install with the WordPress.

In this article, I would like to inform about how to install, and tell you the part that have to be careful.

I will tell you how to install.

Click "Plugins" from the left side menu.

Click "Add New".

---

Type "Contact Form 7" in the keyword section.

Click "Install Now".

Click "Activate Plugin".

You will see "Contact Form 7" on the list.

Next, I will tell you the parts that you have to be careful.

When the users use the form, there might be an error.

If the users use it from the smartphone, maybe they cannot received the mail because of the setting of the filter, so you should write messages on top of the form.

"Please send the mail again if you haven`t receive the mail within 24 hours. Your access setting is denialed, or the mail address is incorrect. "

You can set error messages after the mail has sent from the "Contact Form 7".



Secondly, it is not a must section but "Privacy Policy" is better to be written on the business website.

"Privacy Policy" is a message that releases users anxiety by writing how the website owner deals with the private information.

Please write this on the bottom of the form.

This is a sample Japanese "Privacy Policy" but when you search on the search engine, there are many templates, so you can just copy and paste it.
